Spend a relaxed, inspiring day immersed in colour, texture, and creative play. This one-day mixed media workshop is an invitation to explore, experiment, and follow your curiosity.
We’ll work with acrylic paints, layering, texture, collage, and image transfers, discovering how these elements come together to create rich, expressive pieces. You’ll learn approachable techniques, then have plenty of time to experiment and make the work your own—whether you’re new to mixed media or looking to refresh your practice.
The day is designed to feel unhurried and supportive, with space for conversation, fun, and creative breakthroughs. Expect paint on your hands, ideas in your head, and a sense of momentum you can carry forward into your own work.
We’ll pause midday for a potluck lunch, sharing food and stories around the table. Bring something simple to contribute, along with slippers and your favourite tea mug — we’ll take care of the rest.
You’ll leave with:
at least one finished mixed media piece
new techniques and creative confidence
fresh ideas you can keep building on
